My name is Sharonda Woodard, and after proudly serving more than 26 years in law enforcement and retiring as a Sergeant, I’ve transitioned into a career that has been a passion of mine for nearly eight years — real estate.

Throughout my years of service, I dedicated my life to protecting and serving the community while building strong relationships through leadership, integrity, communication, and compassion. Those same qualities now guide me as a REALTOR® with EXIT Global Realty, where I am committed to helping individuals and families navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.

My passion for real estate began years ago after becoming a homeowner at a young age and realizing the importance of ownership, stability, and building generational wealth. That experience inspired me to help others achieve the dream of homeownership and to educate clients through every step of the process with patience, honesty, and care.

Outside of real estate, my faith and family are at the center of who I am. I enjoy attending church, uplifting others, and singing — something I’ve always loved and used as a way to encourage and connect with people. I believe in leading with kindness, serving with purpose, and creating genuine relationships both personally and professionally.
